I looked at your holiday selection as that is what I'm thinking about these days. I don't have kids, but LOVED your sillouette style cards! Adult sillouettes would be fun too!

How about notepads? Or mommy calling cards? I think the other suggestion I saw about bookplates would be fabulous with your designs, too!

Jingle said...

I think that your designs would translate really well to calling cards! You have the simple and pure designs, and I think they would be gorgeous on simple calling cards or even basic business cards!

I would love to see cards for single moms and single dads - Showing just a woman or just a man with kids. It'd also be great to see some with silhouettes of fruits or vegetables! We are big on gardening so I would love to have cards with the silhouette of an apple or a carrot or something like that... or even just kitchen-related stuff like the silhouette of mixing spoons and bowls.

Since you do invites, you can also start doing placecards and labels for favors!!!! I know I like it when those items coordinate!

I didn't read through your comments left by others (sorry I am at work and probably should be working! :) But I love all your designs. I think business/name cards would be a cute and fun idea. Especially for all those Etsy shop peeps.

I didn't see diaper bag tags / book bag tags / luggage tags. I see a lot of the diaper bag tags at my church so that could be a good idea for you to create.

Jen said...

How about modern day calling cards. I find it so much easier to hand out a "mommy card", than it is to scrounge around for a piece of paper & pen.
Jen

Jessica said...

You should have Mom "business" cards. Have the silhoutte and then the mom's name, mom of 'the child's name", the mom's email address and phone numbers. I have some mom business cards and give them out to other moms that I meet at the playground, the mall, my neighbors, etc. Then I am not scrounging for a piece of paper to write down my contact information.

What about making two of the "stamp" images framed together? I'm picturing one of each of my kids in a long, narrow frame, with one with our family name in the middle.

Neat stuff, by the way, I'd not seen it before but I enjoyed browsing!

I think that a whole line of wedding invitations -- maybe some classic and elegant, some fun and funky - would be cool. Those silhouettes that you use can be great for something like that

Jodie | Velour said...

What about a child blowing bubbles, or for adult stationery, a fleur de lis. They're quite popular in the south and you may do well with them.

I love your designs. I'm new to you, and glad I found you. I love paper and your designs are beautiful.

What great designs! :) May I suggest a baby announcement card from the older siblings? :) I think I've been that somewhere and it was really cute! :D

I didn't have time to read through all 434 comments before mine, so I hope I'm not duplicating a response as I really want to be entered in this giveaway. I saw a couple of ideas that I would like to agree with too though- bookmarks, bookplates, and luggage tags. The bookmarks one was going to be my suggestion until I saw it was already listed.

I think personalized journals would be awesome and also maybe small desk calendars. Your designs are awesome, and I think they'd look great in either of these mediums. :)

Thanks for the entry!

I don't have enough time to read through all 434 comments to see if anyone else has suggested this, but what about necklace pendants? I've seen some types that use scrabble tiles for the pendants and a child's silhouette and name on there would be SO CUTE! Thanks! Hope I win!

what a great giveaway...where you have 434 (as I'm commenting) I didn't read them all, so I apologize if this is a repeat...I'm a HUGE fan of cupcakes..so anything related to that I'd love. Also..having a 6mo old baby..maybe something toddler themed? I think that mini cards are great. So maybe mini cupcake cards!

Such The Spot said...

I've not read through all 434 comments so I don't know if my idea has been mentioned or not. I did look at your website and I am thoroughly impressed by your understated, beautiful designs.

My idea would be to create some sort of adhesive label for holiday baking. Perhaps a recipe card, or simply a label to declare what is inside a beautifully packaged box of homemade goodies. Maybe not enough time to do it this year, but please keep it in mind for next year!

I think it would be great if you had family silhouettes one could choose from for Christmas cards then the cards could be ordered selecting the family you have.

For example for me : one mom, one older boy, one young boy and one young girl. Maybe making a snow man.
That way the cards are even more custom to the family.

Ooohh Cute! I'm not sure if someone posted this exact thing, but it would be awesome to see recipe cards that matched your stationary, perhaps both kids and adults. Or you could use them all in your own recipe box, but I love them as sort of.... recipe trading cards. :D

Thanks for the chance to win!

Crys said...

My idea is off of your invitations with the silouettes of the kids. I thought it would be really cute to design a Little Girl Growing up line that can include events like Sweet Sixteen, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower.

My thoughts for each are silhouettes of:

Sweet Sixteen - a little girl wearing heels, carrying a purse, with a phone in her hand.

Bridal Shower - a little girl with a veil on, a poufy party dress and a bouquet in her hand.

Baby Shower - a little girl with a carriage and holding a baby doll.

I hope these are helpful! Thank you for this opportunity to help share ideas for your company!

Unknown said...

I didn't see a selection in your bith announcements to indicate twins. (Maybe I missed it?) As a mother of twins, I can tell you, it was very difficult to find birth announcements for multiples.
I alos like the book plate ideas.

Pamelotta said...

I thought for sure I'd have an idea until I browsed your website. Wow. It seems you've thought of everything. The only thing I can think of, and you may already have this option, is an option to have several similar aged silhouettes in one grouping. I have 3 daughters and a son and I like the family silhouette, but I wouldn't want to repeat the same silhouette for 2 of my girls that are close to the same age and almost exactly the same size. I would love to have all of us represented and be able to tell more or less who was who.
Great giveaway. Your stuff is beautiful!

Being a new mom, I like to compare notes with other moms (and steal their ideas!). A friend recently got stickers with her daughter's name on them for items that she takes to daycare. The stickers can go on cups, pacifier, etc, but the best part is that they don't fade or get washed away in the dishwasher! Those would be a great addition to your sticker line, I think. Thanks.

I love your holiday cards and sibling prints, but as we have a bigger family would like to so an option to extend it beyond 3 children if possible. Also, I love dawn's idea of family tree type prints, I would totally go for those.

I think a lamp shade would be great. It would really make the sillouette stand out! or a night light.

I love the site, but would like to see more mom and dad figures, as in your family holiday sticker. I'd love this, especially as a postcard! - you could also offer c choice with a mom and dad and one, two or three kids and offer to design as girls or boys for the kids. I know it probably is way to complex and much easier said then done, but your designs are beautiful!

I think your style would be great on wedding/engagement announcements. I have a friend that just got engaged and would love this style on her announcements!

mini cards with bunnies on them! I'd use them as business cards. :)

I noticed your stella cards. I've got a stella, and I'd love if the girls weren't quite so girly. Sort of like Scout from To Kill A Mockingbird, you know? Rolled up pants and all that.

But, your stuff is adorable!!

What lovely products you've created! My only suggestion would be to add some Christ-focused images to your holiday line. Perhaps a cross, a star of Bethlehem, or a silhouette of baby Jesus in the manger?

I really like your prints and would suggest that you do more with them. I like trees and flowers, so maybe head in that direction.

What about a super cute card with the tooth fairy on it? That's my idea tonight because my daughter pulled her first tooth today!

What about some bright luggage tags with initials. Love your stuff.

The 8'10 personalized prints are great! I wonder if it would be possible for someone to send in a photo of their child, and for the profile in the print to match that photo?

Great contest, thanks! And wonderful items too!

I would love to see more themed invitations. I always have a themed party for birthdays. So far we have done things like luaus and carnivals, but even simple things like animals or polka dots would be cute

Very cute products! Have you thought about adding puppy announcements? When I adopted my dog six years ago I sent out announcements and they were such a hit. They are hard to find- even more of a reason to add them to your line!

I wish I had time to scan all the comments but, I will just throw out my idea and hope no one else has suggested it! LOL...

What about business cards/Mommy cards/Playdate cards? :0)

Awesome designs...love your stuff!

I love your personalized stationery for the holidays with the kids' names on it. But I have 10 kids. Could you do something like that for larger families?

I love your work!

I'd add something adoption specific.

How about a design where you get to choose from the silhouettes. For example a family with a girl, boy, cat and dog. Custom made per your family members?
Thanks for this giveaway. These are really cute.

I would love to see Business Cards. They are so nice to hand out to friends, old and new ... with current family information:

They are small and easy to carry in my purse and include in Christmas cards.

So much beautiful stuff, so many great ideas... How 'bout customized, printer-friendly paper for the ever-popular family holiday newsletter! Even better if it could match and fold into your holiday cards. Thanks!

Forgive me, I didn't read all 579 comments, but I was thinking about those stickers you put in books that say "property of...". Both for children or adults.

I think gift tags would be a great idea. I know I would by them.

:) Thank you for the wonderful giveaway! :)

I adore the sibling print with scalloped border.

Everyone's comments are so creative! I like the idea of mommy cards :) I miss having business cards :) Anyway, my thought is maybe branching out into wedding invites? My cousin had an invitation with two kids kissing. I think your silhouettes would be perfect for that, or a bride in a gown etc.

How about doing silhouettes of the whole family

How about pet cards?

amcd76 said...

First I would like to say that I love your work. Everything is really cute. When I was pregnant I received a lot of gifts from people. I was constantly writing thank you cards. I can't tell you how many packs of thank you cards I went through. Maybe a cute concept would be a thank you card, or a post card, with a picture of a pregnant woman. Or a post card with a picture of a mom pushing an old-fashioned baby buggy.
Thanks for the opportunity to win!
